Once you have purchased My Satin Dreams you will receive your tracking order number from either USPS, FEDEX or UPS! Please use the tracking number on the appropriate company's website to verify the status of your package.

My Satin Dreams ships within 7 - 10 business days. Orders are not shipped Saturdays, Sundays or on National holidays. Continental US orders are shipped via FEDEX, UPS or USPS. Credit Card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up email confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges and sales tax. You may request expedited delivery for an additional fee by calling 602-600-7488. The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed.

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges:

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 7 days of receiving your bedding accessory at shipping@mysatindreams.com to alert us of the damage, then return damaged item to us within 30 days of the shipped to date. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
